If something is not done to your expectations, please let us know within 24 hours. We’ll send a team out to make it right (within a 7-day window).

All of our team members are interviewed by the owners and pass a criminal record check. We believe our team is our greatest asset, and therefore have very high standards. Only about 10% of those who apply end up working as a CleanICoast cleaner.

We have three levels of security in place. First off our booking page is protected by extended validation SSL. Secondly, our booking form has it’s own layer of 256 bit security. Third, credit card transactions are processed by stripe and is layered on their own 256 security protocol. In addition, no credit card numbers are stored in our system (only a token that allows us to charge the card). Rest assured we take security very very seriously.

Our 200% Satisfaction Guarantee means we are fully committed to providing you with the best cleaning service possible. If you’re not completely satisfied with your cleaning, let us know within 24 hours, and we’ll send a team back to re-clean the areas of concern at no additional cost. If you’re still not satisfied after the re-clean, we will work with you to make it right. Your happiness is our top priority!

Yes, they do. We run a detailed nationwide background check on all applicants as the last step in our pre-screening process.

PRICING & POLICIES

You can earn cleaning credits through our Referral Program. Every customer has a unique referral link inside their customer portal. When you share your link with friends or family, and they book a cleaning through that link, credits are automatically added to your account.

Your earned credits will automatically apply to your next booking at checkout, no extra steps needed. You can view your referral link and your available credits anytime inside your customer portal under the booking section.

Absolutely. Simply enter your coupon (giftcard) code into the booking form as you are creating your booking. Your final price will automatically change to reflect your coupon balance. At any time you can log into your account and see the balance on any giftcards you have.

The duration of your cleaning depends on the size of your home and the level of service requested. On average, a standard cleaning takes 2-4 hours, while deep cleans or larger homes may take longer. We always focus on quality over speed, ensuring your space is thoroughly cleaned. If you’re on a tight schedule, let us know, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your needs!

You can apply a coupon to a future appointment by logging into your account and clicking your name in the top right-hand corner. You can then select “redeem voucher” and enter your code. The system will automatically apply the code to your next appointment. You can not apply your coupon to past appointments that are already completed.

Log into your account and update your address in your upcoming booking. Alternatively, you can give us a call and we will update your address for you.

Home Cleaning​

Yes! We offer same-day cleaning services based on availability. If you need a last-minute clean, contact us as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request. Whether it’s for a surprise guest, an emergency clean-up, or just a busy schedule, we’re here to help!

Standard cleanings do not include inside appliances, but we can add this as an extra service. Let us know if you’d like your oven, fridge, or other appliances cleaned!

We understand that plans change. Just let us know at least 24 hours in advance to reschedule or cancel without any fees.

We do our best to send the same cleaners for recurring services to ensure consistency. If a change is necessary, rest assured that all of our cleaners are trained to the same high standards.

No, we bring our own professional-grade cleaning products and equipment. However, if you prefer us to use specific products, just let us know!

It depends on your needs! We offer one-time, weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly cleaning options. Many customers prefer bi-weekly cleanings to maintain a consistently clean home.

regular clean is a standard maintenance cleaning that includes dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and general surface cleaning to keep your home fresh and tidy.

A Deep Clean is a thorough, detailed service designed for homes that need extra care and attention. It includes everything in a regular cleaning, plus additional tasks such as scrubbing baseboards, detailed bathroom cleaning, removing built-up grime, and cleaning inside appliances upon request. Our standard procedure is to provide all first-time clients with a Deep Clean to ensure your home is refreshed from top to bottom. Deep Cleans are also ideal for seasonal resets. After your initial service, all recurring clients receive our Regular Cleaning for ongoing maintenance.

CleanICoast LLC is growing and continuously expanding to serve more areas across Florida. While we work toward covering additional locations, our current service areas include Gainesville, Newberry, and Alachua.

If you’re outside these areas, feel free to reach out  we may still be able to accommodate you or let you know when service becomes available in your location.

Your CleaniCoast account is created automatically when you book your first cleaning. Once your booking is confirmed, you’ll receive an email with your login details, allowing you to access your customer portal and manage your appointments.

Yes, we provide all cleaning supplies, products and equipment, unless there is a specific request for a certain service.

EVENT CLEANING
